Questions

Is there a free plan?
Yes — for one person and one app, with every feature switched on, including every integration (GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Sentry, PostHog, email, webhooks and Zapier), the API and the MCP connection. It includes 150 checks tested, 30 issues and 2 AI imports a month, and the allowance starts again on the 1st. No card required.
What counts as a check tested?
Each check counts once a month, the first time it gets a pass or a fail, however many platforms you test it on. Retesting after a fix never counts. Paid plans have no monthly allowance at all.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. Everything you have recorded stays readable, exportable and in your reports. You just can't add past the limit — another app, teammate or file, or on Free more testing this month — until you upgrade, make room, or the month turns over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every paid plan is a flat price per workspace, however many teammates you add, up to its limit.
Is there an API?
Yes, on every plan, Free included: a REST API with workspace keys, for raising issues from your support desk and reporting results from CI. On Free, issues raised through it count towards the monthly allowance. See qarunbook.com/docs.
What about taxes?
Prices are shown in USD before tax. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout only where we're registered to collect it for where you're billed, and it shows on the invoice.
