Terms of use

These terms cover your use of qarunbook at qarunbook.com, including its API and MCP connection. By creating a workspace or joining one, you agree to them.

The service

qarunbook has a free plan, and paid plans for larger teams. Pricing is flat per workspace — never per seat. Nothing you already have will be charged without your agreement, and if we change the free plan’s limits it will never apply to make existing data disappear.

Your account

• Keep your password and access token to yourself. Anything done with them is treated as done by you.
• Owners decide who joins their workspace and what each person can see and change.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Prices are shown before tax. Where we’re registered to collect sales tax or VAT for where you’re billed, it is added at checkout and paid by you.
• You can cancel at any time, from the workspace’s Usage page. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for — we do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
• Moving between plans is prorated for the time left in the current period.
• If a payment fails, we retry it. If it keeps failing, the workspace moves to the Free plan’s limits — nothing is deleted, but you may not be able to add more until payment succeeds or you remove something to make room.
• We may change prices, giving at least 30 days’ notice before a change applies to you.

Your content

Test plans, results, issues and files you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them to your workspace so the service works — nothing more.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload anything unlawful, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use qarunbook to impersonate others or to collect other people’s passwords or personal details.
• Do not try to reach another workspace’s data or disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Partner program

If we accept you as a partner, the terms on our partner page — the rate, the window, the refund hold, the payout day and minimum, and the rules — together with this section are the whole partner agreement. They apply to each payment as they stood when it was made.

• You earn a share of what a workspace you referred pays, before tax, within its window. A payment that is refunded earns nothing.
• We pay by hand, monthly, in USD, by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal, once we have your tax form. Enterprise commissions and fees for sponsored articles are agreed in writing for each deal or article, and paid as agreed.
• Either side can end the partnership with 30 days’ notice by email. Teams you referred before it ends keep earning you a share for the rest of their window. If the partner rules are broken, we can end it at once, and nothing more is earned from then.
• You recommend qarunbook independently. You can’t make promises or agreements on our behalf.

No warranty

qarunbook is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and we are not liable for losses from relying on it.
